Elmwood Inn Organic Gunpowder Green Tea, Loose

This is pinhead grade gunpowder, one of the world's best-known China green teas. This hand-rolled leaf appears as small grey-green pellets, which brew a pale, bright green liquor with a delicate, yet fired flavor.  This historic tea would have been found in 19th-century general stores across America. 

Steep like a tea professional and never use boiling water on green tea. 165-175F is the optimal temperature.
